All of the following platters are priced per person.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to guarantee your selection.

All of these platters come on disposable catering trays. 

You have the option to bring in your own dishes for assembly.

With proper advance notice, delivery can be arranged at an additional charge.

LEMON ROSEMARY CHICKEN  $6.95/

Chicken breasts (4 oz per person), marinated with rosemary, lemon and garlic, seared and baked.  this platter can be served cold or you can re-heat.  It is accompanied by a red pepper and ginger cranberry sauce.

MONTREAL SPICED SLICED STRIP LOIN   $8.95/

Shaved beef strip loin (4 oz per person), seasoned with a Montreal steak spice and served with pommery mustard, horseradish cream, caramelized onions and dinner roll sized onion buns.

BAKED SALMON FILLETS   $7.95/

Pre-portined salmon fillets (3 oz per person) glazed with Thai sauce adn baked.  This platter comes with a lime, ginger and dijon spread, marinated red onions as well as fresh sliced bread.

SMOKED SALMON PLATTER  $7.95/

Smoked salmon (2 oz per person) served with a preserved lemon cream cheese, sweet caramelized red onions, capers and lemon wedges with a selection of St. Urbain bagels.
