Restaurant Rental

Our restaurant is available for Private Parties any time of the year.  We prefer 2 weeks notice so that we do not inconvenience our very valuable customers.

When booking the restaurant, the patio is included but the Patio can also be rented on it's own (weather permitting)

The Patio can be rented, weather permitting for $200.00 and the restaurant/patio can be rented for $350.00.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The minimum amount of guests needed for the restaurant rental is 20. 

The maximum for the patio is 30 and for the restaurant, 38 for a sit down meal and 45 for a cocktail reception.

The restaurant is not available for rental on either Saturday or Sunday before 5pm.

There will be a service charge of 17% on the pre-tax total of food and beverage.

The restaurant closes at midnight and all must vacate by then.

FOOD AND BAR SERVICE

The menu will be created on consultation with the catering office.  Outside food is not permitted. 

Bar service can be either cash or open.  An open bar will be billed on consumption.  Minors will be refused alcohol service and proof of age may be required.

PAYMENT

A deposit is required on booking.         This deposit will be refunded 100% if cancelled up to 14 days prior and 50% refunded 7 days prior.  No refund is due with less than 7 days notice, barring dire circumstances. 

Three days prior to the event, 50% of the agreed upon menu must be paid with the balance, along with the bar bill being paid the day/night of.

Incidentals

Any decorations required will be the responcibility of the client, both in set-up and tear down. Should any special rentals be needed, they can be arranged in the catering consultation.
